Our take
Glencoe is downhill pure and simple. It's not a trail centre in the Glentress sense — there's no XC network, no family loops, no blue flow trail. It's a lift-assisted bike park on a Highland hillside with a handful of serious descents and a view down the A82 that is worth the trip even if you don't ride. Full-face helmet and pads country.
Insider tips
Uplift has limited capacity — book ahead for weekends. Weather-dependent: this is Rannoch Moor and it can be fine in Fort William and pouring at Glencoe.
