From Reinigeadal on the eastern Harris road, follow the path north along the coast then climb the steep south ridge directly to the summit. Roughly four hours return with a relentless final pull.

Terrain

Initial coastal path then steep heather and exposed gneiss slabs on the upper ridge. The final cone is rocky underfoot with a few easy scrambling moves to the cairn.

In winter

Snow patches on north faces into March; the steep grass and slabs ice up readily. Loch Trolamarig funnels strong easterlies onto the ridge.
