Most start near the Kilninver to Loch Scammadale minor road, picking a line up the open hillside to the 294m cairn. Around two hours up and down once a sensible burn crossing is found.

Terrain

Pathless heather and tussock with occasional rocky outcrops. Lower ground stays wet after rain and a couple of burns may need a small detour upstream in spate.

In winter

Rarely holds lasting snow but exposed to Atlantic gales. A clear day is needed to make the most of the seaward outlook.
