Standard route
volcanic rock 50% · grass slopes 35% · heather 15%
From Upper Largo follow the signed Largo Law path north past Chesterstone Farm — please respect the farmer's access requests posted at the start. A steep grass climb gains the lower top before a final pull onto the trig at the summit.
Terrain
Field margins and a steep grassy path to the summit pyramid. The descent of the front face can be slippery after rain — many walkers use poles.
In winter
Coastal Fife rarely sees lasting snow but easterly haar leaves the summit greasy and exposed. The steep grass front face is treacherous when frozen or wet.
