A steady ascent via farm tracks and hill paths within easy reach of Stirling and Perth to the 456m summit. The walking is straightforward with clear views opening up as you gain height. Allow 2-4 hours.

Typical Ochil terrain — short grass and gentle gradients. Sheep tracks supplement the main paths.

Mild winters on the Ochils. Close to the central belt and well-served by paths, these are ideal hills for short winter days.
